Proposal or idea regarding the creation of forensic detection of image and video manipulation ?

So I have a proposal or idea about making forensic detection of image and video manipulation with the focus of detection, namely; in the image is copy-move and splicing while the video is frame insertion, deletion, and duplication. I need advice, preferably 5W 1H (What, Who, When, Where, Why, and How) What to do to start?
