High amp power electronics devices such as KBPC1006 are connected to the whole circuit using female Faston connectors. My question is what is the proper female connector for other high amp devices such as IRL520NPBF where the pins are smaller. I am looking for the name of these plugs.
In other words:
Suppose there is a low voltage controller PCB and you need to control high amp power electronics devices using this controller. How would you recommend connecting the controller and power electronics devices in a very tidy and professional manner? (putting the high amp device burns the PBC) For Faston connections it seems to be easy but what about devices similar to IRL520NPBF with smaller pins?

You still use smaller size Faston connectors. Faston connectors can fit different size pins of the power devices. For small size pins you can solder them directly on the PCB board.
