I am using the Pierce Chromogenic Endotoxin Quant Kit (Catalog Number A39552S) to quantify endotoxin concentrations in my samples. I was wondering whether it is possible to store the reconstituted Amebocyte Lysate for a prolonged period at lower temperatures (–80 C) rather than the specified 1 week at –20 C recommended by the manufacturer.
