Projection Matrix via procedure sequence on PTV Visum ?

Does anyone know if the removed procedure: “Edit Matrix” on the newest version of PTV Visum can be replaced by a similar one? I would like to prepare a projection matrix for specific target values. However, I prefer to do this via the procedure sequence and not manually.
