I am looking for bibliography/resources about ideas of how to design and develop e-learning courses or learning objects for attitudes' or beliefs' change, for example in environmental education.
I found two papers that migh be of help - please find them enclosed. In addition my I encourege YOU the project coordinar of Chephei - project, Prof. Leonid Chechurin: [email protected]

I propose the following proposal of a research topic in this area:
Future prospects for e-learning.
I also propose the following research question in this area:
Will the importance of e-learning grow in the future in the context of the development of education systems and processes?
In the context of analyzing the determinants of science development, I propose the following research topic: Determinants of the development and growth of the importance of e-learning in the future in the context of the development of education systems and processes. In my opinion, the importance of e-learning may grow in the future as part of the development of education systems and processes. On the other hand, this development is subject to changes caused by various cultural, social and technological determinants. Below are the arguments for my thesis.
The development of ICT information technologies determines the development of e-learning. In my opinion, education, including education, university and vocational training of adults will develop mainly due to the fact that the economies of individual countries are changing faster, the structure and significance of individual sectors, branches and fields of activity in national economies is changing, in highly developed industrial branches of the economy are moved to countries with lower labor costs, in developed countries information, IT and ICT technologies, Internet information services are developing intensively, therefore labor markets are changing, new branches of the service sphere are emerging, and new professional professions are emerging in the field of internet information services and advanced data processing in information systems. People are increasingly changing jobs and professions.
A small part of the society works throughout one life in one company, in one profession, in one field of economic activity, in one profession. People are increasingly following the rapidly changing national economies, changing jobs, changing jobs, companies, cities, etc. Therefore, more and more people have to retrain and need to train. Increasingly, adults benefit from training and postgraduate studies to obtain a new profession, a new profession and a new interesting job. On the other hand, colleges and schools of continuing and vocational education adapt their educational offers to the changing labor market, to the changing demand from employees employed in specific companies, at specific jobs. Colleges and schools, observing the rapid development of Internet information services, create offers of studies and training conducted via the Internet in the e-learning system. It is a convenient form of training for people above all adults, working and often living outside a large urban agglomeration, in a different city, town, village etc. than the university city.
Therefore, modern internet e-learning platforms are currently being developed on the Internet. Systems and internet e-learning platforms are organized in different ways. Most e-learning platforms are organized as communication platforms containing databases of previously recorded lectures and developed didactic materials, prepared exercises and projects. At some universities, e-learning internet platforms are also being developed that contain intelligent solutions and didactic classes conducted in real time. Some colleges of this type modern online e-learning platforms are constantly improving by implementing computerized technologies for advanced data processing. Thanks to this type of solutions, it is possible to conduct lectures and other didactic classes remotely, via the Internet for students sitting at their computers at the same time at different places of the globe, living and working in different countries on different continents.
Do you agree with me on the above matter?
In view of the above, in order to more fully identify the above issues, it is necessary to conduct research that will facilitate the formulation of answers to the following questions:
- Should new online media be used in education processes?
- What are the current applications of data processing technology in Big Data database systems for modern 4.0 education?
- What are the determinants of the development of vocational education, further training of professionals and e-learning?
- In what direction are e-learning technologies being developed? How are modern online e-learning platforms built?
In brief, I would like to ask how much data is enough data? By the time I have x data, there are million others added. Can we not work with what we have, achieve a goal ( may be partial) , and then decide what direction should be taken. Is this ' pace' of constantly running behind new data like pushing boundaries while not crossing them? I am not against e-data. What I am confused is the speed. Our elderly generation also pursued and explored in their concerned disciplines but we're not perhaps running at such speed.
