Are there any books or websites where I can get the P&ID diagram of the above mentioned equipment?

I need the full instrumentation and control drawings

There is no single book available for the topics you mentioned e.g. ESP, Cyclone separator, Economizer, Air Preheaters are equipment and are controlled by the process you are working on. As an example if it is a process of Waste Heat and you want to generate power/steam with air pollution control system the P & ID will differ from if you are trying to produce power/steam from a coal fired or any fuel fired boilers. So the P &ID is generated from the process you are working on.
