Are all "Process capability ratio" (PCR and PRCk) calculated wih 6 sigma or other confidence levels can be used?

In fact, I want to know if the parameters to evaluate the system performance:

PCRk < 1
1 < = PCRk < = 1.33
PCRk > 1.33.

Can be used to 4 sigma, for instance, instead of 6 sigma.
