Procedure of PNIPAM (thermo responsive) polymer coating on capillary?

I want to coat outer surface of capillary with PNIPAM a thermpresponsive polymer. Can anyone suggest me the easiest way to uniformly coat PNIPAM on the outer wall of capillary.

Capillary tube?

Simply functionalize the surface by an ethoxyvinylsilane coupling agent, and then use a thermal- or photo- initiator to polymerize the NIPAM on the surface.

For the polymerization protocol you can adopt the same procedure as for NIPAM coating on the membrane or nano-particles exterior surface.
