I have a serious problem with a Finnigan LCQ Deca XP Max from Thermo. The instrument was shut down for one week and changes its position within lab. But starting on it there was no signal (i.e. previously signal was E6 order now E3 order). I have tried the spray voltage from 3.5 KV to 5 KV, but there was no significant improvement of signal.

I would be grateful to all of you if I get any suggestion.
