Dear sir/ma'am,

I have recently tried coating of Plasma bonded PDMS microfluidic devices with pluronics F-108. After introducing F 108 in microchannels, I incubated my devices at 37 degrees centigrade overnight. However, I found A549 cells adhered to PDMS surface with spindle-shaped morphology. Am I doing anything wrong here? I am doubting the coating might not have happened properly as PDMS devices were highly hydrophilic immediately after plasma bonding. Many thanks in advance!
