Hi Nanotemper MST (microscale thermophoresis) users, have you noticed during the last year that your MST experiment stopped working with new batches of Nanotemper capillaries? We have been doing MST for 5 years now everything worked perfect. Now with new batch of capillaries ordered this year- noise level is much higher, so we don’t get a binding curve. Doing same with old batch of capillaries results in perfect curve. Nanotemper must have changed something in their capillaries manufacturing. I wonder, have anyone noticed something wrong with experiments or higher noise levels lately? Nanotemper are saying that they haven’t heard from customers having problems, but maybe people are not aware that there is a problem with capillaries? We can’t be the only ones! I would be thankful for your input.
