I have 3 questions-

1.In all publications i see that they used TBE buffer in EMSA (polyacrylamide gel), why? can I try in the binding reaction and running the gel with other buffers?

2.My samples are stuck in the wells, how can i slove this?

3. Do I need to run the gel with cold buffer and not use RT buffer?
