Problem with bacterial growth modeling. How to use "baranyi" (nlsMicrobio) in R?

Someone with experience in nonlinear regression in predictive microbiology in R? I have problem with bacterial growth models. Can anybody help me with Baranyi model (how to set the parameters) in R?
