Dear all,
I am working with ANSLAB for EDA analysis and ran into an issue I can’t resolve. I hope somebody had a similiar issue :)
I restructured and renamed my data (EDA output from brainvision) using R so that it matches ANSLAB’s required format - file naming conventions, folder structure and channel naming- resulting in a .txt document.
The sampling rate, hidden characters, separating characters and empty last column is equivalent to data from a previous study - which i already analyzed with ANSLAB and which loaded without any problems.
However, when I select the new study folder in ANSLAB and try to load the data, it just keeps “loading” and never displays the EDA curve. If I select data from my previous study, the EDA curve appears immediately.
I have already checked for hidden characters or formatting differences between the files and found none. The only notable difference is that the working dataset is about 1 minute long, while the problematic dataset is 2 minutes long.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue with ANSLAB, where a dataset in the correct format still won’t load? Could the shorter duration be the cause, or might there be another hidden requirement I’m missing?
Thanks in advance for any insights!
Lena
