In the past Analyst requires Windows to be in Admin mode. The problem is any version of Windows past XP has only a pseudo Admin mode. You first need to enable administrator account, then you should be able to install without problems. The link at the bottom should help you, be aware just creating an "admin account" still does not solve the problem because you need to have FULL admin privileges which is not created with a new account.

I tried it but it still isn't working. Thermo tells me that DCMS link has not been updated to work with the newest Analyst version so I'm thinking I might be out of luck and have to go back to XP.
