Melt is Al1050 in 800 C and Mold material is Silica Sand+Bentonite at room temperature. I tried to set temperatures with two initial values but I failed.

First I used conjugate heat transfers model but I faced error about convergence of results. I faced the same problem when I used laminar fluid model. Oonce I used both heat transfers in fluid and solids, but nothing happened.
