I am trying to solve essentially a three dimensional heat conduction problem. With total of six boundaries of which two are kept at constant wall temperature and other boundaries insulated from surrounding. But after initialization (hybrid) the temperature values at boundaries are changing and the entire domain is assigned with a common value, which makes heat transfer impossible. This problem is observed only when I am using a fine mesh, the computations are perfectly OK with coarse mesh (comparatively).
What is the problem and how can I resolve it?

But ideally the temperature should remain as the assigned value in the wall boundary after initialization, but in my case the values are changing into something around average value (if 300K and 400K are the assigned values at two boundaries, the entire domain (include isothermal boundaries also) attains value of 350K)
