I conducted the Principle Component Analysis, which shows that mediator and control variable load on the same component. What do I have to do in this case? I was thinking to exclude the control variable and analyze the data without it. I appreciate your suggestions!

It means that your control variable and mediator one are more or less similar so its loaded on one component.
You can exclude control and see how results are effected or decrease the no of controls then too see how it get affected
What is its study objective, the analysis of main components is used to reduce a study variable composed of dimensions, in the case of mediation only requires evaluating the previous correlation.
That is a problem of goodness-of-fit. You may have to do an initial extraction/ rotation to see the data structure (variables that are not suitable) . These variables are suggested to be removed from you work. These variables will certainly not be explained clearly by a factor or will load very low by all of the factors or very high by all of the factors.
