I would like to publish several presentations discussing different topics in Civil Engineering.Do you think it is beneficial to write the presentation in English only or in Arabic besides the English version???

The decision should be guided by the targed audiance. Whom would you like to share experience with? I would be happier you should use both English and Arabic for the sake of bilingualism adavantages.
Indubitably, the language one chooses for presenting academic topics is a matter determined by the kind of audience for whom the presentation is intended. Therefore, even in an Arabic context where the addressees are well versed and proficient in English, the language of the presentation can be English.
The language of a presentation is determined by the topic presented and the audience. In Sivil Engineering, I think a presentation in English is more convenient.
