I have read a research paper in which research had made gold particles from cell free extract of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
In methodology they explained the procedure: For synthesis of gold nanoparticles (Au NPs); hydrogen tetrachloroaurate
was mixed with 50 ml of cell free supernatant to
obtain a final concentration of gold ions to be 1 mM, the resulting
solution was incubated at 37 ◦C for 24 h.
But how much gold solution is required they did not mention.
Can anyone help
