Create dummy variable of your likert scale i.e (Five caegory of your scale therefore five dummy variables would be constructed) after that check the individual impact on your response of the dummy variables according to P-Value.

The other method is the Rasch Analysis in which the ordinal or nominal scale converted into interval by applying some techniques.I am attaching an article related to Rasch Analysis. Please check it.
