Precaution for Fluoride contamination of drinking water

What are the precautions for the households while using Fluoride contaminated drinking water?

Please do not use water that is contaminated with fuoride due to its toxic effects on livers, kidneys and brain. In the USofA we use bottled water from sources not treated with fluoride, or we find natural sources that have not been treated.
