How to calculate mean square angular momentum <l^2> for the calculations of fission fragment mass and angular anisotropy study?

I found in literature that values can be calculated from mean angular momentum obtained through CCFULL calculation. Please help me by describing the method to get values for a given lab energy to calculate fission fragment anisotropy.
