Power law k and n value for heat treated and non-heat treated aluminium samples..?

Standard value are available in Internet for k and n. Can we take the k and n value as constant for Heat treated and non heat treated specimens. Or will it change..? If changing means, what is the procedure to caluculate k and n value..?
