Soon, the Covid 19 pandemic will be part of the past, however many of the changes we made in order to cope with it will still be present and are here to stay.
So: how will the organizations "post coronavirus" evolve?, how will we evolve in this sense?
It's going to affect our ways of: living, working, businesses, travelling, socialising, etc.
Some businesses would go into abyss or disappear while others would emerge. This could be advantageous to some countries and not to others.

Covid-19 unlikely to be completely vanish. We world have to live with it by dealing with it on timely bases with further on going regulated veccination system in place.
Yes, the this initial phase of outbreaks to lockdown, distancing, to indoor etc., Of restricted time will change to with a new system in place.
Everything changed already by the big hit wave.

But will only safety change or will we see other big shifts?. For instance, will remote work become the norm and not the exception? Will we see globalization change in nature (global tax reforms?, a stronger WHO?) and accordingly new organization cultures and managing ideas?
We can hope that covid pandemic as such will have an end.

As far as I can see it, the total number of potential jobs is likely to decline faster than was anticipated prior to the pandemic, even when new types of jobs can be expected to continue to emerge.
People who make business decisions seeking to maximize their profit have been able to verify faster than expected, in the context of the pandemic, the feasibility of replacing certain jobs with technological tools.
Thank you Roberto, ¿perhaps there will also be a birth rate decline then? because people would be perhaps less prone to having childs in a world were there is less oportunity of earning a living.

A birth rate decline could be expected in certain countries and there in certain groups of persons. However it seems that this is not a necessary consequence everywhere and in every case.

Thanks for your answer, but I´m not asking this because of a dissertation, rather because I make a short scenario planning post covid 19 exercise in my classes (grade students) and I wanted to know the ideas other people have about this. In this regard, your comments are welcomed.
