I synthesized some Citrate- and EDTA-capped metal particles by hydrothermal method, then I want to synthesize some Amino group at the surface of the particle for further reaction, cysteamine (HSCH2CH2NH2) can be used to cap with the metal particles through ligand exchange, what is the reaction conditions? i want to know the details of the experimental procedure.
