I test 2 compounds supposed to kill cancer cells. Each one alone produce significant cell death but when combined they don't produce any significant cell death than alone, any explanation ?
tested the second drug alone against combination of both drugs in combination.
The result I obtained are no different than most of the times than the drug alone
Is there away to test if the two drug interact with each other???
I think two compounds are interacting with each other and neutralizing each other. You can check through ultraviolet electronic excitation difference absorption spectroscopy, chromatography-coupled voltammetry, to understand whether two compounds interact with each other or not.
Scale to estimate the probability that an adverse reaction was caused by an interaction (IA) of the drugs in question; according to the total score of 10 questions the relationship is doubtful (
