I'm studying macrophage and inflammation.

During the study, apoptosis signal is being important.

on the process, phosphatidylserine in inner cell plasma membrane can move to outer membrane and other cells can detect to do phagocytosis a.k.a effrocytosis.

if i can transform phosphatidylserine to other product, i wonder whether effrocytosis is deactive or not.

to study this theory, i'm trying to use Annexin V for live cell imaging

but i wonder when phosphatidylserine convert to lysophosphatidylserine and free fatty acid, whether annexin V can attach to PS or lysoPS?

Thank you and any other suggestion or tip is OK
