I am testing a new P-cadherin antibody in the lab with so far no success, and I was wondering whether someone was aware of a tissue and/or developmental stage in mice with particularly high P-cadherin expression?
I think a lot of glandular tissue would be positive in different organs, such as colon. But check out this link as well. It shows P-cadherin expression in E15.5, P7 and adult mouse brain sections. Seems like the olfactory bulb would be a good positive control for any all of those developmental time points. Good luck.
