Can any one inform me about the software or program used to generate such type of figures? The example of figure is attached herewith. I have used the UCSC genome browser to generate figure for this purpose but the figure is very large and not clear. I have got the attached figure from one of the research publication and found that many have used this type of figures during the literature search. Please let me know if anybody can help me regarding this.
