Dear colleagues, I would like to find recommendations on software options to analyze population viability. I used VORTEX a while back. However I would like to see if there are other alternatives. My objective is to analyze the population viability of endangered bird species for which there is little information, such as the estimated population size, the frequency of reproductive events, clutch size, etc. Thank you!

if you are familiar with R, it will be definitely the best option. Depending on you research objectives you can also find packages with advanced functions such as spatially-explicit models, age structured models , individual based models, etc.
