I'm starting a PVA to assess viability of a griffon vulture population under several scenarios.

Starting point is population size, which I'm trying to assess also with rarefaction analysis (e.g. Khon et al. 1999; Eggert et al. 2003; Petit and Valiere 2006) from capture-recapture sessions. I feed capture data to GIMLET software to produce a R Script which should estimate pop size through rerefaction fitting three kinds of equations. All seems to work properly but output files are empty...
