Hi, I am working with Arabidopsis, and I have problems in western-blot when I use polyclonal-HA antibody (from santa cruz). I see 2 non-specific bands on ~55kD and ~100kD, which was similar to my target protein. I wonder if you all can give me some suggestion another polyclonal-HA antibody from another company that works well in Arabidopsis. Thanks!
Hi, you are asking for a polyclonal, but I would really advice you to use the monoclonal HA raised in rat from Roche, it works great in Arabidopsis or any other system in our hands. Apparently, this is sold through SIGMA now, bizarre.
