Yet , research finds sleeping for at least 6 hours is needed to discharge anxiety and recharge with hope ...

During the period of sleep, there is repair of the body which keeps the body healthy and increase life span meanwhile in the other hand, one have to sometime forgo sleep to meet up with certain needs which are also necessary to increase ones life span.

Medically sleep is required to maintain some balances in our body system. However excessive and perpetual sleep skipping is not recommended to achieve an established success.
Excessive sleep is one way of wasting valuable time. it is like sprinter coming to the pitch for 100m race, after the race was completed. While skipping sleep have tendency to increase the threshold of stress!

Even though sleep in general prolongs a person's life, sometimes there are circumstances where one has to give up the normal amount of sleep one should have in order to survive. An example would be someone who has to work several part-time jobs and might work up to 14 hours a day to support their family.
At sleep, the brain cells are reactivated, leading to longevity

six to eight hours sleep is essential for healthy living and for long-live....only few people have courage to forego sleep and they are the ones who make significant contributions (discoveries and inventions) to the society...some of them may live longer, but most will die sooner, yet they live longer in hearts, minds and souls of people....
