Please what are the three most critical parameters to monitor when investigating salon wastewater for reuse/discharge into receiving water bodies?

Due to the nature of salon wastewater, there are bound to be different compounds, I would like to know the 'must monitor' parameters when considering it for reuse or its effect if discharged without treatment.
