IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagations (SCI) and IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters (SCIE) These two journals take around 2-3 months.

The journals MOTL is SCIE not SCI

Dear Gaurav, Thanks for your kind reply. SCIE and SCI both are same, as per my knowledge goes. The difference is due to storage process. SCI is stored in CD/DVD format whereas SCIE is stored in online. All are Internationally well accepted.

IEEE Access is also a very good sci journal which gives decision within 1-2 months. It has impact factor of 3.557 and also review of the journal is very rigorous. It gives constructive criticism in vivid manner. But it has binary decision like IET electronic letters

Yes. But, IEEE Access is good journal. IEEE AWPL is also very prestigious journal but it is also paid.

IEEE access usually takes 2 to 3 months for first revision....

this journal is free "Wireless Personal Communications" but to publish need min. 6 month

this journal " International Journal on Communications Antenna and Propagation (IRECAP)" within 3 months

not free but some times you can publish in free, depending on some criterias

"Engineering Reports" publisher John Wiley & Sons Ltd. it's free till Feb 2020 can be tried for publications.

Prabal Gupta WPC usually takes more than 6 months to reply (or 1st revision). I have a very good experience with this journal. You can go for it.
