I've been measured the percent of my concentration series (R2 = 0.998) but the data weren't covered value more than 50%.
Should I repeat my experiment or I just extrapolate the regression formula to 50%.

You do not have to repeat all of the experiment
Just complete the experiment by testing higher concentrations
