Please share your experience using Sansure 2019-nCoV Nucleic Acid Diagnostic Kit?

Recently I work on COVID-19 RT-PCR using Sansure 2019-nCoV Nucleic Acid Diagnostic Kit which utilize one step extraction method using sample release reagent. I've followed the instruction kits but my RNA yield low purity that may interfere with the RT-PCR cos i encounter false negative. Please share your experience using this kit. How I optimized it.

From what we learned, you can only use Sansure's method of using the Sample Release Reagent (SRR) if your specimen was collected with the Sansure's Sample Storage Reagent (SSR).

VTM/UTM is not ideal for SRR because remnants of the media can inhibit PCR.
