Hi Ashmal Fatima it'll be hard to answer your question without knowing more about what you want from your data. If you just want to show the presence of Mg, the plots in the papers that Mina Karimi-Avargani has give are perfect. If you want to do a deeper analysis and see changes due to different doping paramters you will need to look at some curve fitting and possible multivariate analysis to examine whole spectra changes. There is plenting of reading about those on here and online, with some software recommendations given as well (I think). Good luck.
