I searched most of the species of Crucigenia, but in no species the cells are arranged like this and even shape is also very different. If you have any idea please suggest the species.
Here i am posting some more photos of second taxa (400X). Please identify.
Colony is of four cells each, cells somewhat oval shaped with small button like structure at the tip.
The first species is really a crucigenoid chlorophyte.
I suggest you see the paper of Bock et al. (2013):
Classification of Crucigenoid Algae: Phylogenetic Position of the Reinstated Genus Lemmermannia, Tetrastrum spp. Crucigenia tetrapedia, and C. lauterbornii (Trebouxiophyceae, Chlorophyta). Journal of Phycology 49(2):329–339.
In this paper you will see some colonies containing cells resulting of a division, resembling those observed in your image.
I think the microorganism in the second image is not an algae or the quality os the image is not good enough for identification.
