I am isolating fungal endophytes from grass species, i got some fungal endophytes which i am failed to identify them because they are coming only on moist blotter but not on other nutritive medias hence I'm struggling to make pure culture and also in molecular identification.

It is not so clear but it seems to be Fusarium sp. and Alternaria sp. conidia.

For 2nd Pic, Fusarium or Pestalotia (eventually appendages exist but with such picts it is difficut to confirm....we must examine the conidia insertion or conidiogenesis type

I think second picture not Fusarium and the third picture may be Stemphylium
The second picture is definitely not a Fusarium sp., because the conidia do have a single appendage at each end. Trying to guess at the identity of the fungus would be futile based on only fungal spores. What needs to be shown is the kind of fungal fruit body, e.g. the spore bearing structures (conidiophores).
Those will then lead the diagnostician to place the fungus into a category, e.g. Hyphomycete, Coelomycete both immature stages of Ascomycetes. The fruit bodies of Coelomycetes do have cushion-like structures (acervuli) or an enclosed, mostly spherical shape (pycnida). In short, a microscopic slide mount needs to be prepared, showing the fungal fruit bodies.
