Reviewer #1:" To clarify the nanostructures, the XRD data of Fig. 1 should be shown in a log scale, to exhibit any impurity phases and nanostructural details. Then, all the (hkl) peaks and intensities from the known JCPDS should be marked in the figure, and compared with the experimental data"
Here Fig. 1 in my manuscript is XRD plot with hkl peaks mentioned in it. In above comment Reviewer asked me to show XRD plot in log scale..Is this mean intensity values on y-axis should be converted to Log (y-axis)? or both x-Axis and Y-axis values have to convert in log scale? How to insert JCPDS standard vertical line XRD pattern in my experimental XRD pattern in origin? I appreciate your help, Thank you in advance :)
I think the reviewer wants you to change the intensity axis in log scale.
From the JCPDS data card, you can collect all the peak positions and relative intensities. Just copy and paste it in your origin file along with your sample's xrd data and plot it. After plotting, indicate all hkl planes in the same file. Good luck..

I have copied standard JCPDS intensity and 2 theta values in origin but which plot function suppose to select to get its vertical line intensity pattern because all intensity values are directly connecting if i choose line plot, whereas we need to show in reference vertical lines and not continuous curve and other 2 theta values must be zero. I am still searching hot to do it origin.
In the XRD pattern, the intensity axis (y-axis) may be in log scale if the intensities of higher angle peaks are low. The peaks may be indexed and the calculated value of d-spacing along with the standard data from JCPDS card and the reported data for intensity may be given in a table form. The standard intensity data may not match with the observed data because of preferred orientation in the grown sample. Any additional peak, apart from the peaks found in the standard has to be identified and indexed to make the analysis complete.

If I have understood right...You have only to impose on your origin XRD pattern the vertical lines. Their relative intensities and 2Q-positions should fit the JSPDS data. Then, all will be able to compare your data with genuine ones.
