Please guide what is the best growth medium for revival and growth of Sp2/0Ag14(Serum Free)?

I am seeking guidance for selection of basic medium as well as supplement (alternate of Serum) for revival and growth of Sp2/0Ag14(Serum Free) Cell line. I am doing for the first time. cannot afford any loss of time and effort.
