Please guide to estimate accurate stepwise procedure to calculate Valance band (VB) and CB values in perovskite solar cells layer using UPS data? I want to calculate various values for VB, CB and Fermi level energy values in perovskite solar cells. There is confusion to estimate from Ultraviolet Photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) data. please give correct stepwise procedure for the same. Thank you in advance.

The only difference I see is that this time you ask about VB/CB instead of HOMO/LUMO. The same statements that I made there are valid here.
Once you've set the Fermi level as described in my answer there, the VB starts at the cutoff of the first peak below the Fermi level. Like a LUMO, the CB is not in the UPS and therefore you need another method for that.
