Despite the limited clarity of the images I would be fairly certain that these are fish otoliths. You need to look in the monograph by Dirk Nolf (2013) published by Brussels Museum.

... your little fossil also looks like a mineralised seed (semen) of a plant! A foto from the second side of the fossil would be very helpfull for the decision "otolith or seed"!
