I do not have the adult worm or another egg. But i thought it was a trematode eggs because it was detected in the sediment. Trichuris eggs were earlier detected in the same sample on flotation. it was not difficult because of the shape and color. But this one looks a bit different. The picture is not good because i had to use ordinary camera to snap the picture due to lack of a photo- microscope in my lab Martha Brandão
