Thank you for your kind response. Actually I am looking for doping of Ca and Mg ions in TiO2 nanostructures. Please suggest me an appropriate method to dope these ions with TiO2?
in order to get on the good doped must determine the ionic radius for Ca and Mg, the ionic radius must be less than the ionic radius for Ti.
the Ca or Mg ions can be doped on TiO2 by reducing as metals under passing inert gas with present commercial TiO2. You can show my thesis, I doped Pt and Au on TiO2 - Uv-100.
