Please, Can anybody explain the suitable method to dope the large cations with TiO2?
Dear S. P. Goutam,
If you are dealing with Thin films, I would like to suggest using Pulsed laser deposition technique, which is expected to be able to dope most of cations within TiO2 structure under selected conditions. However, sputtering could work as well.
You can go for Sol Gel synthesis route to dope TiO2. Its facile and also doesn't requires much sophisticated tools.
Thank you to all for valuable suggestions
