Hi, any body can make it clear, that how can rnas enzymes can affect the plasmid dna too, that i have used and added all to the resuspension solution, during extraction through kit method.It was resulted just after when run the agarose gel electrophoresis only and only one sample band was appeared on the A.gel, please.

I think try the traditional alksline lysis method. if possible send the agarose profile to check the problem

thank you so much dear Sir! for yours kind response, i have obtained good results using alkalyne lysis method but as per guidance, i have used the kit method so that to obtain purify products of the isolated plasmid DNA,
