I have a universal plant primer to detect plant i have tried in milk from different location and i got the amplification of plant in milk. is it possible.
The sequence of the primer should be confirmed or double checked again. In addition, this might be originating from the non-specific binding of the primer. therefore, the resulted bonds should be examined by sequencing or analyzed with an experienced person.
Yes Mostafa, i have check all the parameters, there is no band in negative control.
It is possible. See attached paper. The authors detected a plant chloroplast gene rbcL in raw cow milk samples by PCR.
If you are sure about the primer, it can be residual plant DNAs which is originating from food source of the livestock. take a look at these articles:

Primer Specificity is the issue I can see. Sequencing of amplicon should be performed.
